About Langdale Heritage Oak Basketweave
Aged, smoky brown with a greige cast gives Langdale Heritage Oak an antique, reclaimed feel. Knots, splits and darker streaks run through the grain, and the strips and squares vary from warm mid-brown to cooler taupe. That variation picks out the weave clearly. The matt surface looks worn in, as though the floor has been there for decades.
It suits dining rooms and living rooms with mid-century and vintage furniture, globe lights, warm cream walls and bold chairs in green, pink or mustard. Fully waterproof, it is also practical in kitchens, hallways and bathrooms.
Each 190.5 x 190.5mm panel forms a woven, parquet-style pattern that makes the floor a focal point. The same colour also comes in herringbone and plank, so the look can continue in calmer layouts elsewhere.
Langdale is glued to a smooth, prepared subfloor and is fine with underfloor heating up to 27°C. The 0.55mm wear layer is the all-round choice for busy family homes.
