Herringbone or chevron: what is the difference?
Herringbone planks are cut square and laid in a staggered zigzag. Chevron planks are cut at an angle, so the ends meet in a clean, continuous point.
Is 0.7mm worth it over 0.55mm?
If the floor takes heavy daily traffic, such as a hallway straight off the front door, a busy kitchen, large dogs or a shop, yes. For most other rooms 0.55mm is plenty.
Can it go over underfloor heating?
Yes. It is suitable for underfloor heating up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The vinyl is 100% waterproof, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways.
