About Coniston Ash Basketweave
Smoky taupe, pewter and soft grey-brown are mixed through Coniston Ash, with some pieces much paler than others. That contrast makes the woven pattern easy to read even from across the hall. The grain is long and flowing, with dark knots and occasional splits adding a weathered character. The finish looks matt and natural, giving a muted, sophisticated feel.
It is a natural choice for hallways and entrances, as well as kitchens and dining rooms. Sage or grey panelling, painted front doors, oak furniture, terracotta and brass all suit it. Fully waterproof, it handles wet boots and bathrooms alike.
Each 190.5 x 190.5mm panel creates a woven, parquet-style pattern that brings period character to a room. The same colour also comes in herringbone and plank, so the hall can lead into a kitchen or living room in a matching shade.
