About Ambleside Smoked Oak Basketweave
Toasted brown with a smoky amber warmth, Ambleside Smoked Oak has the look of oak that has been darkened and aged. Dark knots and small cracks are scattered through the grain, and the strips that form the weave catch the light differently from the squares between them. The colour shifts from honey-brown to deeper smoked tones, giving a lived-in, characterful floor with a matt finish.
It suits kitchens and dining rooms, especially with green, pink or natural timber cabinetry, marble-look worktops and wooden chairs. Fully waterproof, it is just as practical in a bathroom, hallway or utility room.
Each 190.5 x 190.5mm panel builds into a woven, parquet-style pattern, so the floor becomes a feature in its own right. The same colour also comes in herringbone and plank, so neighbouring rooms can flow on in a simpler layout.
