About Scafell Limestone
Quiet and pale, Scafell Limestone has a soft putty and ivory colour with very subtle, cloudy mottling. There is almost no veining, just a gentle shift of tone across each tile and a fine, chalky texture like honed limestone. Tiles vary only slightly, so the floor reads as one calm, light surface. It has a matt, natural finish that feels relaxed rather than polished, and the warm undertone keeps it from looking clinical.
Its neutral warmth suits bathrooms with teal or green vanities, brushed brass, freestanding baths and colourful tiled showers. It also works in kitchens, hallways, living rooms and bedrooms as a calm backdrop for bolder colours.
The 304.8 x 609.6mm rectangular tiles give a tidy, tiled look. Pale tiles of this size help smaller rooms feel more open, and they can be laid in a straight grid or offset for a softer look.
It is 100% waterproof and glued to a smooth, prepared subfloor. It suits underfloor heating up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.
