About Brimham Stone
Brimham is a pale stone effect in soft putty grey with a warm, light undertone. The surface shows a very fine speckle and gentle cloudy shading, much like a smooth limestone, with no strong veins to draw the eye. Tiles vary only slightly, so a room reads as one bright, even surface. The look is matt and quiet, calm rather than dramatic.
It suits light, airy rooms with tall windows, grey sofas, oak furniture, woven baskets and soft cream walls. In kitchens it pairs well with white, sage or putty cabinets, and it is a natural choice for bathrooms and utility rooms where a pale stone look keeps things fresh.
The 300 x 600mm tiles create a clean grid with fewer joints than small tiles, which helps open-plan spaces and hallways feel larger. They can be laid straight or in a brick pattern depending on the look you want.
It is 100% waterproof and suits underfloor heating up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.

Yes. It is a 100% waterproof vinyl floor, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways.
Can Brimham Stone go over underfloor heating?
Yes. It is suitable for underfloor heating, water or electric, up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.
How is it fitted?
It is glued to a smooth, level, dry subfloor, usually after a smoothing compound at least 3mm thick, then rolled. There is no underlay. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
Is 0.7mm worth it over 0.55mm?
If the floor takes heavy daily traffic, such as a hallway straight off the front door, a busy kitchen, large dogs or a shop, yes. For most other rooms 0.55mm is plenty.
