About Linton Elm
Strong, flowing elm figure is the star here. Linton Elm pairs a grey-taupe base with pale, almost white grain lines that trace wide arches and wavy streaks along every plank. Small knots appear now and then. The planks range from soft grey to light brownish grey, giving plenty of movement, and the surface looks matt with a fine brushed feel.
It works well in calm, modern rooms with warm white walls, grey upholstery, chunky knitted rugs and warm oak furniture. Kitchens in white, charcoal or soft grey suit it, and its waterproof build makes it a good fit for bathrooms and hallways.
At 187 x 1229mm the planks are a classic proportion, and the long lengths let the elm pattern flow without crowding the room.
Glued to a smooth, prepared subfloor, it suits water or electric underfloor heating up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C, and the 0.55mm wear layer is made for family homes.
