About Hawkshead Natural Oak Basketweave
Light, creamy oak with a faint warm blush sets a bright, gentle tone. The grain is soft and fine, with occasional cathedral arches and very few knots. Strips and squares are closely matched, so the woven pattern shows as a subtle texture rather than strong contrast. The finish looks matt and clean, and the whole floor feels fresh and open.
Hawkshead Natural Oak brightens living rooms, bedrooms and hallways, and suits bold colour too: blue or teal sofas, ochre cushions, abstract prints and warm plaster walls. Fully waterproof, it can also be used in kitchens and bathrooms.
The 190.5 x 190.5mm panels build a woven, parquet-style pattern that turns the floor into a gentle feature. The same colour also comes in herringbone and plank, so adjoining rooms can follow in a simpler format.
Hawkshead is glued to a smooth, prepared subfloor. A 0.55mm wear layer makes it the all-round choice for busy family homes, and underfloor heating up to 27°C is fine.
