About Litton Elm

Warm tan with a soft khaki undertone, Litton Elm has a relaxed, natural colour. Long, straight grain runs the length of every plank, with fine streaks and very little in the way of knots. A few planks are a shade darker than the rest, which breaks up the floor just enough to look like real timber. The finish is matt and low-key, giving a calm, contemporary feel.

It suits living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen diners with white or cream walls, grey or olive upholstery, oak furniture and natural fibres. Fully waterproof, it is fine for a bathroom or en suite.

The 180 x 1220mm planks lay down long lines that make a room feel bigger. The same colour also comes in herringbone, so you can add a pattern to one room while keeping the shade consistent through the house.

This is a glue-down floor, fixed to a smooth, prepared subfloor, and it is fine over underfloor heating up to 27°C. The 0.3mm wear layer suits bedrooms, living and dining rooms with lighter foot traffic.

Is Litton Elm waterproof?

Yes. It is a 100% waterproof vinyl floor, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways.

Can Litton Elm go over underfloor heating?

Yes. It is suitable for underfloor heating, water or electric, up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.

How is it fitted?
