About Devonshire Oak
Sandy beige with a neutral undertone, Devonshire Oak looks like natural, unstained timber. Long, straight grain runs down each plank, with fine streaks and a scattering of small knots that add quiet character. There is little contrast between planks, so the floor feels even and restful. The matt finish has a soft, dry look, and the overall effect is understated and modern.
It is well suited to family kitchens, living rooms and bathrooms. Pair it with grey or stone sofas, white or greige walls, light oak furniture and terracotta or green accents. It sits comfortably in both new-builds and older homes.
Wide 178 x 1219mm planks make rooms feel longer and more open, with fewer joints to break up the floor. The same colour also comes in parquet, so a herringbone hall or dining room can sit next to plank-floored rooms in one shade.
This glue-down LVT is 100% waterproof, holds Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and French A+ indoor air quality certification, and has a 0.55mm wear layer for busy family homes.

Frequently asked questions about Devonshire Oak
How many packs of Devonshire Oak do I need?
Each pack covers 3.69 m². Measure the floor area, add 10% for cutting, then divide by 3.69 and round up. For a 15 m² room that is 5 packs.
Is Devonshire Oak waterproof?
Yes. It is a 100% waterproof vinyl floor, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways.
Can Devonshire Oak go over underfloor heating?
Yes. It is suitable for underfloor heating, water or electric, up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.
How is it fitted?
It is glued to a smooth, level, dry subfloor, usually after a smoothing compound at least 3mm thick, then rolled. There is no underlay. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
Glue-down or click: which should I choose?
The GF by AW glue-down has the thicker 0.55mm wear layer, so it is the harder-wearing choice for busy rooms. The Click SPC is quicker to fit, with the underlay built in.
What guarantee does it have?
It has a 25-year residential guarantee. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
Can I order a free sample?
Yes. You can order up to five free samples, and we aim to send them within 3 to 5 days, so you can see the colour in your own light before you buy.
