Choosing a playroom floor
Spills
GF Glue Down LVT and GF Click SPC are 100% waterproof. Wipe up spills straight away and never leave standing water.
Cleaning
Sweep or vacuum regularly and mop with a pH-neutral vinyl cleaner. Never use a steam cleaner, bleach or abrasive pads.
Play mats
Check the backing of play mats and rugs. Rubber and latex backings can permanently discolour vinyl.
Wear
Choose a 0.55mm or 0.7mm wear layer for a busy family room.
Underfloor heating
Every GF floor is suitable for underfloor heating, up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.

How do you clean vinyl flooring?
Sweep or vacuum regularly with a hard-floor head, then mop as needed with a well-wrung damp mop and a pH-neutral cleaner made for vinyl or LVT. Never use a steam cleaner, bleach or abrasive pads.
