About Dent Oak
Pale greige oak with bold, whitewashed grain. Dent has a light sandy-grey base, and its cathedral figure is picked out in white and soft grey, so the grain is more visible than in many light floors. There are few knots, and planks vary gently between creamier and cooler shades. The matt finish gives a dry, limed look, with a relaxed, coastal-Scandinavian feel.
It works in bright living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms, and suits white, cream or pale grey schemes. Add chunky knits, natural wool rugs, light oak and soft greens for a warm, layered look.
At 183 x 1220mm, the long planks give a calm, open floor that helps smaller rooms feel larger. The same colour also comes in herringbone, GF Glue Down 0.55 herringbone and GF Glue Down 0.55 plank, which makes it easy to keep one look throughout the house.
It is 100% waterproof and clicks together with the underlay already attached, and suits underfloor heating up to 27°C.

Each pack covers 2.2 m². Measure the floor area, add 10% for cutting, then divide by 2.2 and round up. For a 15 m² room that is 8 packs.
Is Dent Oak waterproof?
Yes. It is a 100% waterproof vinyl floor, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways.
Can Dent Oak go over underfloor heating?
Yes. It is suitable for underfloor heating, water or electric, up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.
Can I fit it myself?
It is the quickest GF floor to fit: the planks click together and float over the subfloor, and the underlay is already attached. The subfloor still needs to be flat, clean and dry, with a 6–8mm expansion gap at every wall. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
What is SPC flooring?
SPC stands for stone plastic composite. It is a rigid core made mostly from limestone powder, with a printed design and a clear wear layer on top. It is harder and more stable than flexible vinyl, and it is 100% waterproof.
