About Inverlochy Oak
Smoky mid-brown with a cool, mushroom undertone, Inverlochy Oak has the look of lightly fumed oak. The grain is bold, with long flame-like figure, darker streaks and the occasional knot. Planks vary gently between greige-brown and warmer coffee shades, which adds depth. A soft satin sheen picks out the grain in daylight, and the overall feel is grounded and contemporary.
It works in living rooms, kitchens and open-plan spaces where you want a deeper floor that is not orange or red. Pair it with warm white or stone walls, grey or cream sofas, black or bronze fittings, and pale oak furniture for contrast.
The 178 x 1219mm planks are long and wide, giving a calm, spacious look with fewer joints. The same colour also comes in parquet, so rooms in herringbone and plank can flow together.
This 100% waterproof glue-down LVT carries Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and French A+ indoor air quality certification and suits underfloor heating up to 27°C.

Frequently asked questions about Inverlochy Oak
How many packs of Inverlochy Oak do I need?
Each pack covers 3.69 m². Measure the floor area, add 10% for cutting, then divide by 3.69 and round up. For a 15 m² room that is 5 packs.
Is Inverlochy Oak waterproof?
Yes. It is a 100% waterproof vinyl floor, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways.
Can Inverlochy Oak go over underfloor heating?
Yes. It is suitable for underfloor heating, water or electric, up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.
How is it fitted?
It is glued to a smooth, level, dry subfloor, usually after a smoothing compound at least 3mm thick, then rolled. There is no underlay. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
Glue-down or click: which should I choose?
The GF by AW glue-down has the thicker 0.55mm wear layer, so it is the harder-wearing choice for busy rooms. The Click SPC is quicker to fit, with the underlay built in.
What guarantee does it have?
It has a 25-year residential guarantee. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
Can I order a free sample?
Yes. You can order up to five free samples, and we aim to send them within 3 to 5 days, so you can see the colour in your own light before you buy.
