About Ardverikie Oak
Long, straight grain and a pale sandy colour define Ardverikie Oak. The tone has a slightly limed, beige cast, cool enough to feel fresh but never grey. Most planks are clean and quiet, with fine lines running end to end and only an occasional small knot. Variation between planks is soft. The matt finish keeps it natural and understated, giving rooms a calm Scandinavian feel.
It is a good choice for open-plan kitchen-diners, bathrooms and living rooms. Pair it with white walls, grey or cream sofas, light oak furniture, and white, sage or pale blue kitchen units. Black window frames add a modern edge.
Wide 178 x 1219mm planks lay long, quiet lines across the floor, making a room feel larger and more settled. The same colour comes in parquet too, so a herringbone hallway can lead into plank-floored rooms in one tone.
Made by Associated Weavers, this 100% waterproof glue-down LVT has a 0.55mm wear layer, the all-round choice for busy family homes, and suits underfloor heating up to 27°C.

Frequently asked questions about Ardverikie Oak
How many packs of Ardverikie Oak do I need?
Each pack covers 3.69 m². Measure the floor area, add 10% for cutting, then divide by 3.69 and round up. For a 15 m² room that is 5 packs.
Is Ardverikie Oak waterproof?
Yes. It is a 100% waterproof vinyl floor, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways.
Can Ardverikie Oak go over underfloor heating?
Yes. It is suitable for underfloor heating, water or electric, up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.
How is it fitted?
It is glued to a smooth, level, dry subfloor, usually after a smoothing compound at least 3mm thick, then rolled. There is no underlay. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
Glue-down or click: which should I choose?
The GF by AW glue-down has the thicker 0.55mm wear layer, so it is the harder-wearing choice for busy rooms. The Click SPC is quicker to fit, with the underlay built in.
What guarantee does it have?
It has a 25-year residential guarantee. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
Can I order a free sample?
Yes. You can order up to five free samples, and we aim to send them within 3 to 5 days, so you can see the colour in your own light before you buy.
