About Hubberholme Maple
Pale and soft, Hubberholme Maple has a creamy base washed with a light grey, so it reads as neither cold nor yellow. The grain is fine and close, with the gentle flame figure and tiny flecks typical of maple, and a scattering of small dark knots adds a little character. Tone varies only slightly between planks, giving a light, even spread across the room. The finish looks matt and natural.
This is a good choice for Scandinavian and minimal schemes, small rooms that need brightening and north-facing spaces. Pair it with white walls, light grey sofas, oak or birch furniture and soft linen. Fully waterproof, it works in kitchens and bathrooms as well as bedrooms.
Long 183 x 1220mm planks keep things clean and open. The same colour is also available in herringbone, GF Glue Down 0.55 herringbone and GF Glue Down 0.55 plank, so you can bring a pattern into a hallway while keeping the colour consistent.
The planks click together over a rigid stone-composite core with underlay attached, and suit underfloor heating up to 27°C.
See every design in GF Click SPC, or look across GF Glue Down LVT. Fitting and care advice is in the GF guides.

Frequently asked questions about Hubberholme Maple
How many packs of Hubberholme Maple do I need?
Each pack covers 2.2 m². Measure the floor area, add 10% for cutting, then divide by 2.2 and round up. For a 15 m² room that is 8 packs.
Is Hubberholme Maple waterproof?
Yes. It is a 100% waterproof vinyl floor, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways.
Can Hubberholme Maple go over underfloor heating?
Yes. It is suitable for underfloor heating, water or electric, up to a floor surface temperature of 27°C.
Can I fit it myself?
It is the quickest GF floor to fit: the planks click together and float over the subfloor, and the underlay is already attached. The subfloor still needs to be flat, clean and dry, with a 6–8mm expansion gap at every wall. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
What is SPC flooring?
SPC stands for stone plastic composite. It is a rigid core made mostly from limestone powder, with a printed design and a clear wear layer on top. It is harder and more stable than flexible vinyl, and it is 100% waterproof.
What guarantee does it have?
It has a lifetime residential guarantee, which means 35 years from the date of purchase. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
Can I order a free sample?
Yes. You can order up to five free samples, and we aim to send them within 3 to 5 days, so you can see the colour in your own light before you buy.
