About Broadway Oak
Warm mid-brown with a toasted honey tone, Broadway has the look of classic oiled oak. Strong cathedral grain sweeps along the planks, with clear figure and small dark knots scattered throughout. Some planks are a little lighter and more golden, others slightly deeper and browner, giving a natural, mixed-board effect. The matt finish keeps it soft and wood-like, with a homely, traditional character.
It brings warmth to living rooms, dining rooms, studies and family kitchens. It works well with cream or white walls, dark green or navy cabinetry, leather, brass and wool rugs, and suits both country and mid-century styles.
In 180 x 1220mm planks, the floor has long, clean lines that make rooms feel more spacious and settled. This size suits larger open-plan areas as well as everyday living rooms.
It is 100% waterproof and floats over the subfloor on its built-in underlay, so it is equally happy in a bathroom. The 0.5mm wear layer copes with everyday family life in most rooms.

Each pack covers 2.2 m². Measure the floor area, add 10% for cutting, then divide by 2.2 and round up. For a 15 m² room that is 8 packs.

Can I fit it myself?
It is the quickest GF floor to fit: the planks click together and float over the subfloor, and the underlay is already attached. The subfloor still needs to be flat, clean and dry, with a 6–8mm expansion gap at every wall. To keep the GF guarantee, follow the GF installation guide and use a competent professional fitter.
What is SPC flooring?
SPC stands for stone plastic composite. It is a rigid core made mostly from limestone powder, with a printed design and a clear wear layer on top. It is harder and more stable than flexible vinyl, and it is 100% waterproof.
