See the colour, texture and finish of a GF floor in your own home before you buy. Samples are free, you can choose up to five designs per order, and we post them to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.
How it works

Browse the GF ranges and press Order a sample under any design you like. You can choose up to five designs per order.
Step 2
Tell us where to send them
Open your sample list, check your choices and enter your name and address. There is nothing to pay.
Step 3
Samples arrive by post
We aim to send your samples within 3 to 5 days. They are yours to keep, so there is nothing to send back.

Samples, answered
Are GF samples free?
Yes. The samples and the postage are both free, and there is nothing to pay when you send your order.
How many samples can I order?
You can choose up to five designs per order. If you would like more, you are welcome to place another order later.
Where do you send samples?
We post samples to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We are not able to send samples to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
How big are the samples?
Each sample is a cut piece of the real floor, big enough to see the colour, texture and finish up close. Some designs are sent as larger pieces.
How long do samples take?
We aim to send your samples within 3 to 5 days of your order. You will get an email with your sample reference as soon as the order is placed.
Do I need to send the samples back?
No. The samples are yours to keep.
How do I order a sample?
Press Order a sample under any design on the GF range pages, then open your sample list from the bar at the bottom of the screen, enter your address and send the order.
